D’USSÉ  is bringing a new era of cognac by appointing Agathe Boinot, the youngest female cellar of a major cognac house. To celebrate the old guard changing into the nouveau, we paired Michel Casavecchia, a legend in cognac, to introduce the next generation of cognac, Agathe, in one of Frances's oldest cognac château.
